My room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned, and I found hair in the bathroom upon arrival. The breakfast options were quite limited, consisting mainly of just cereal and bagels—definitely lacking variety. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work well at all, which was frustrating. I had to leave my room to find a decent connection. Overall, I think with some better attention to cleanliness and facilities, this place could be much more comfortable.

Just a prime choice for a fleeting moment in Colorado Springs with great value. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mr Tony, who returned my purse from the airport. Be prepared for some outdated features in the rooms.
